Fitness Programs


The programs are designed for all adult individuals, from beginners to performance athletes. Most of the sessions take place outdoors.
All clients shall undergo an initial examination by a physical therapist.

The prevention of injuries is our priority and that is the reason why all of our programs incorporate the recommendations
of the Norwegian Olympic Committee (Olympiatoppen) for so-called “basic training”, “specific functional training” and training planning.
