There is a program designated for each level, from beginners to performance athletes.
The training is intended to support the fitness and technique development of butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and front crawl styles.

Strahov Swimming Pool
25 metres in length, water temperature 26 °C, depth 1.8 m maximum, suitable for swimmers at all levels. Parking next to the driveway into the AC Sparta Praha stadium (approx. 50 metres distance from the entrance).
Swimming sessions subject to availability, from 6am to 7am, 11 am to 3 pm, and 8pm to 9pm. The swim lane may be booked for other time slots as well.
Podolí Swimming Pool
Indoor swimming pool with 50 metres in length and outdoor pool of 33 metres – both operating all year round, plus a seasonal outdoor 50m pool, water temperature approx. 26 °C. Suitable for swimmers of all categories; recommended for advanced performance swimmers. Parking in front of the main building.
Swimming workouts any time during the day, by appointment.

What do I need for the workout?
The most important thing is to make the time to workout. To reach optimal results, we recommend at least two coached and one individual training session. Plus, you are going to need a swimming cap, goggles and a filled water bottle, if needed. We provide swimming aids, but it is up to you whether you decide to use your own equipment.
What if I am dealing with a health issue?
The workout plan is always based on the results of the initial examinations, measurements, and consultations. Our objective is to minimise the risk of injury and to plan the lessons with the focus on the improvement of the weakest parts of your body. The coach will always be there to guide you and to adjust the plan
accordingly, if needed.
Are the examinations and consultations included in the total number of sessions or not?
When buying the program, you get 15 workout sessions (plus the possibility of 1 more trial session free of charge). All initial examinations, consultations, and nutritional guidance take place in addition to these sessions.
